Swimming and Kayaking

Lake of Gurson to Villefranche de Lonchat (15 min.) : at the feet of the vestiges of the Castle of Gurson, the Leisure center of the Lake of Gurson welcomes you in a family atmosphere. Aquatic Tobbogan and pedal boats.
Lake of Cadie to Mouliets-et-Villemartin (20 min.) : a relaxing space about 50 hectares with 40 hectares of water. Walk around the lake (3 km). Jet-ski and water-skiing.
Isle beach to Saint Seurin on Isle (15 min.) : beach fitted out with white sand and vast lawns shaded with a view of the mill of St-Seurin. Canoë and kayak club. Navigation on the river l'Isle (7 km, 14 km, 22 km)
The Atlantic Ocean (at 2 hours) : characterized by his ideal waves for surfing. Kilometers of beaches, landscape consisted of dunes and pines.
