Grape varieties :
50 % Muscadelle, 30 % Sauvignon gris,
10 % Semillon, 10 % Colombard
Harvest : The grapes are harvested by machine pressed directly with a pneumatic press.
Vinification : in small stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Keeping time : up to 3 years

Tifayne – Bordeaux Rosé
Dry, fresh and fruity, from appetizer to dessert
Grape varieties :
50 % Merlot
50 % Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvest : The grapes are harvested by machine, then sorted, destemmed, not crushed.
Vinification : The fermentation process is done by low temperature in small stainless steel tanks after a pellicular maceration of 12 to 24 hours.
Keeping time : up to 24 months
Type of soil : a selection of our Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon plots that have reached technological maturity, but not over-riped in order to preserve the red fruit aromas and the freshness of the wine.
Tifayne – Crémant de Bordeaux Blanc de Blanc

Harvest : The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes and pressed directly with a pneumatic press.
Vinification and aging : minimum 24 months on slats before disgorging. Without addition of expedition liquor.

A sparkling wine, festive and original with its scent of black fruits and a touch of raspberry. Good balanced and refreshing.
